TRACK CARE
To get the most out of your track and avoid accidents that shorten the life of your track, we recommend:
Avoid walking on debris, protruding and irregular objects, as it can cause irreparable damage and cuts in your rubber tracks.
Avoid working in unstable positions, and or load the entire weight of the machine on a small area of the track, which can cause irreparable damage in the area that suffers such an overload.
Avoid riding or operating the machine by loading the entire weight of the machine onto the edges of the track, as loading the entire weight of the machine onto the edges of the track may damage the edges.
Avoid walking on steps or other protrusions.
Avoid sharp turns as you go, as this can derail the track, and derailments are the cause of much of the breakage.
Avoid working on small and unstable supports, as accidents can occur causing localized and irreparable damage to the track.
Avoid contact with oils or greases, as it weakens the rubber, which can destabilize the internal structure of the track and therefore reduce the life of the track.
All about effort, it's going to reduce the lifespan of your rubber tracks.
